Messaging

• 💬 Message the board — Residents can start a conversation with the board from the community site via New Message.

• ⚡ Live message updates — Messages appear in real time as they arrive — no full page refresh needed.

• ✍️ Typing indicators — See when the other person is composing a reply.

AI assistant

• 🤖 Message residents from AI — The board can ask the assistant to send a message directly to a resident. Describe who to reach and what to say.

🐛 Fixes

• The community header hides the Inbox link for users without organization access.
• Minor layout and display improvements across the manage area.
