What's new – March 5–8, 2026

Here's what shipped this week. The big themes: real-time notifications, onboarding, contact management, and a cleaner manage area.

✨ New & improved

🔔 Real-time notification bell — A new bell icon in the manage header shows live alerts for incoming messages, new votes, and access requests. Notifications are delivered instantly without a page refresh.
🎬 Welcome slideshow — New users see a welcome slideshow on first login that introduces the key features of the community hub before they dive in.
🗂️ Voting — Board members can now create and manage votes from the manage area. Residents can view and participate in active votes from the community site.
👥 Contacts, not "neighbors" — People associated with properties are now called contacts throughout the app. You can search, add, and manage contacts from a dedicated contacts page in the manage area.
📊 Board member dashboard — The manage area now opens to a dashboard showing urgent alerts, pending actions, recent activity, community overview, active votes, and an inbox preview. All cards show empty-state messaging when there's no data.

🔐 Access visibility — The community header now correctly hides the Inbox link for users who don't have organization access.

Performance & reliability — Upgraded core framework dependencies for faster page loads and a more stable experience.
